The On-Chain HR Protocol

The record they erased. Now kept forever.

Document, timestamp, and seal workplace experiences with a private AgentTwin™ — ensuring your truth is preserved.

Why this exists

Traditional HR was built to protect the company. When someone is silenced, pushed out, or mistreated, the record is often controlled by the very people they need protection fromjust like it was for my sister.

An employee who speaks up rarely keeps a copy of what happened. The timeline lives in someone else's inbox. The account lives in someone else's memory.

HR.hub flips the custody. The person who lived it holds the record — timestamped at the moment it mattered, structured well enough to stand on its own, and impossible to erase after the fact.

Whisper to Action · Live Demo

Describe what happened. Watch it become a record.

This runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. It’s a preview of how the HR.hub agent reads an account, classifies it, and seals it into a structured, timestamped record.

Record sealed 0x—
🔒 Once sealed, this record carries a fixed timestamp and content fingerprint. Altering a single character changes the fingerprint — which is how tampering becomes visible. In production, this fingerprint commits to a public chain — making tampering not just visible, but provable to anyone.
The protocol

Three layers that put people back in human resources.

01

The Record

Privately capture a workplace experience. An AI agent structures it — what happened, when, who was involved, what category it falls under — and seals it with a timestamp and content fingerprint.

Capture · Seal
02

SafeCircle

Form a small, private group with people who experienced something similar. Patterns that look isolated in one account become undeniable when several independent records line up.

Validate · Corroborate
03

The Dossier

Compile sealed records into a single, shareable file the person controls — ready to bring to an attorney, a regulator, or a new employer, on their terms and no one else’s.

Compile · Carry
Where this goes

A protocol built openly. One honest step at a time.

Your record stays encrypted with you. The proof it can’t be altered lives on a public chain. Anyone can verify it survived. Only you decide what to reveal.

Export a verifiable, person-controlled case file. Bring it anywhere; owe it to no one.
COMMIT
Public Proof
Each sealed record posts a public proof at creation. The proof goes on a public chain — the content never does. Tampering becomes provable to anyone, without exposing what’s inside.
.HUB
Native Protocol
As .hub reaches universal resolution, the protocol becomes the permanent identity layer — every sealed record is portable, ownable, addressable forever.

I lost my job because someone powerful didn’t like how confident I was. HR ignored it. A place to keep my own record would have changed everything.

— Anonymous, shared with permission

I built HR.hub so no one else feels as powerless as my sister did. Her story is the reason this exists — and the reason it has to be done right.
